My experience has been amazing !!The clothes are gorgeous and really high quality 💝 The customer service has been incredibly kind and supportive as well !I ordered the piano skirt, the piano bag the ladybug shirt, the baby blue babydoll and the polka dot babydoll 🤍All the items were packaged well and they even came with cute stickers ^^I really loved the thick material of the skirt but wanted to return it because I didn’t like how it looked on my body. The customer service helped me with my return and it was a very easy process ! (Thank you so much Brigitte 😭😭🫶🏼🫶🏼)I also asked about one of the items because the print was slightly faded in one place. They immediately sent me a replacement and let me keep the item with the tiny defect as well 💝I absolutely recommend !!
