I bought three items, two tops and a skirt. All three were received in perfect condition and in a cute box. One of the tops did not fit me well but as it was bought during a sale, as per their company policy, no returns are offered, so I urge everyone to double check before purchasing!
Other than that, because I purchased right before the Chinese New Year break, the shipping company, which is located in China, took a break and the shipping was delayed. After reaching out to them, Cherie Lou initiated a refund for the shipping fee which I was grateful for.
I will definitely purchase again in the future!
