scam of a company.

The way I will recommend to everyone not to use this company… so March 10th I placed an order and contacted customer support that I never received a confirmation email. Three days later, no response, I emailed them AGAIN telling them now I just wanted to cancel my order. Five days after my initial email, I got a reply. They said in order to look up my order, they needed a confirmation number. Three days after giving them my details, they told me to dispute it with my credit card… . Finally after giving them my name, email address, mailing address and what I ordered, they found it. The order was already in transit by then. So I started the refund process. The item was received by them 2 weeks ago (confirmed by tracking). I paid $69.98 for the item that I had been trying to cancel since March 13th. NOW they are saying they’ll refund me $59.99… and it’ll be back on my account in 15-20 days. Absolutely ridiculous. A scam company with garbage quality clothing. $60 for a dress that has the same quality as a 2009 wet seal dress. Be so for real….
