ordered two dresses from cherley and both of the dresses were completely different to the pictures. Asked for a refund and the return address and was told that i can have a 50% discount the next time i order and not a refund... seem like scammers and don't show real clothes that they sell.

Ordered a dress and never received the dress. They state in their shipping policy you should receive an item, if in the USA, within 15 days. It’s been over 30 days and I have received nothing. Do not order from this website.

Order not received 2.5 months later

It has been over 2.5 months since order was placed and "shipped." Have not received the package and have stopped receiving tracking updates. Cherley support representatives have not offered to help resolve the issue. The items are shipped from China and will take at least 3 months to receive. Just go buy something else from another store.

They are fake. I never received my items and they refuse to refund. They provided false tracking to the payment provider. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY
