DO NOT SHOP HEREDisgusting customer service! Ordered two dresses on 10th April and they still have not arrived. I bought them for a wedding I'm attending and I've now had to buy a new dress for the occasion. I requested a refund on the items because of this to be told I have to wait for them to arrive, they even suggested I might like to keep them for another occasion!!! The cheek of it! However if I didn't like them I could return them at my expense and claim a refund! Utterly disgusting and will be reporting to trading standards !!!
