I would rate this zero if I could. I paid £8 shipping for this dress for it to never show up. The company are claiming they cannot issue a refund as it’s in transit. Have you ever heard anything so ridiculous?! I’ve had to pay £8 for a dress I ordered 2 weeks and 6 days ago to not be here. Then they want me to pay to return it if it does turn up so I’ll be out of pocket. Awful customer service. They don’t care.
