I ordered five shirts on November 9. They promised five business days for processing and another five for shipping. But by November 25, they hadn’t even shipped yet. When I reached out, they informed me that a couple of shirts were backordered but could not clarify why the others hadn't shipped. I explained that I needed them for holiday parties and now I can't use them. I requested to cancel the order and get a refund, but they refused. I never received the products, they admitted they hadn't shipped them, yet still did not want to issue a refund. It feels like a scam. I disputed the charge with my card provider instead.
