Fraudulent. Never got my order and I paid $117.00. Total scam. Trying to get my money back has been difficult. Not giving up. Going past 30 days now. Would give zero if I could. I have all my supporting documents.
This is a total disappointment. The item was shipped directly from overseas and turned out to be low-quality polyester instead of the velvet that was promised. The return process was ridiculous; they claimed that returning it would be too costly and offered me significantly less than what I initially paid. I won't be trying this again!
I observed the advertisements for quite some time but neglected to check reviews, which was a mistake. The customer service is lacking, and the quality of the products is poor, with charges for items that were never delivered. I ordered and was billed for three items: two blouses and a jacket. The jacket ($41.99) was never sent, and I was charged without notification. After two inquiries to customer service about the jacket, they suggested a substitute since it was out of stock. I requested a refund, but I have received no further communication or reimbursement. Both blouses arrived defective and did not match the advertised images. The design and colors are only on one side of the fabric, resulting in an awkward appearance with the creamy white buttonhole placket against the green paisley or mauve floral blouses. The pictures did not reflect this issue. The buttonhole on the first blouse ($39.99) is poorly constructed, and the second blouse ($41.99) has wide stitching resembling basting. Additionally, the right front armhole seam left a frayed hole nearly 2 inches wide. Customer service refused to provide a prepaid shipping label and cited their return policy, which only covers buyer's remorse, not defective merchandise. I reminded them that my issue was not a change of mind, but defective items or those that were never shipped. They claimed that returning items is too costly and offered $30 against my total of $114.43, allowing me to keep the defective blouses. The praise from others about this clothing brand seems questionable. Needing refunds for all three items is simply unacceptable.
I did not receive any notification about my ordered and paid item being unavailable. Despite multiple requests for a refund, I have been informed via email that my request would be processed quickly, yet I have seen no action taken. Be cautious when ordering. My refund requests were sent on 12/4/25, 12/5/25, and 12/8/25.
I ordered three items for the holidays, but it took three weeks to arrive, and the quality is terrible and cheap. The sweatshirt is made of thin polyester with a printed texture that simulates a real sweatshirt. After placing my order, I received an email the next day indicating that my cart still had items, leading me to believe the purchase hadn’t gone through. I clicked the link and completed the purchase, unaware that I had already ordered the items the day before. I can't believe I overlooked my credit card charges! As a result, I ended up with two shipments of the same items. When I requested a refund for the second shipment, I was informed that I needed to send it to a location overseas for a refund or choose three additional items for $30. I initially thought this company was based in California! I've also seen reports of others who paid to ship items back to China and never received their refunds. I won’t be doing that; I’ll either try to sell them online or donate them. Very disappointing experience.
I chose expedited shipping, but it took an excessive amount of time to receive my item. When it finally arrived, the sizing was completely wrong, and the quality was subpar, looking nothing like what was advertised. I wish to return the item, but the support team is making it challenging. They offered me a small refund while allowing me to keep the item. Fortunately, I purchased through a payment service that is assisting me in resolving the issue. I strongly advise against using this service!
Extremely disappointing! The advertising for their products is misleading. I ordered two shirts for a holiday trip and paid over $42 for each, only to receive clothing of lesser quality. Additionally, they did not resemble the online images at all. The print was on a plaid design, not true plaid material, missing all the details that made it appealing. I am a thoroughly dissatisfied customer.

When it arrived, the sizing was completely off, and the material was cheap and did not resemble the advertisement at all. I want to return the item, but they are making it difficult, offering a small refund while asking me to keep it. Thankfully, I used a payment service that is helping me resolve this issue. I ordered five shirts on November 9. They promised five business days for processing and another five for shipping. But by November 25, they hadn’t even shipped yet. When I reached out, they informed me that a couple of shirts were backordered but could not clarify why the others hadn't shipped. I explained that I needed them for holiday parties and now I can't use them. I requested to cancel the order and get a refund, but they refused. I never received the products, they admitted they hadn't shipped them, yet still did not want to issue a refund. It feels like a scam. I disputed the charge with my card provider instead.
I highly discourage purchasing from this seller. I paid for expedited shipping for two items. One item finally arrived after 21 business days, and I am still waiting for the other. Customer service has been practically useless. I recommend shopping locally and avoiding this seller!
