I chose expedited shipping, but it took an excessive amount of time to receive my item. When it finally arrived, the sizing was completely wrong, and the quality was subpar, looking nothing like what was advertised. I wish to return the item, but the support team is making it challenging. They offered me a small refund while allowing me to keep the item. Fortunately, I purchased through a payment service that is assisting me in resolving the issue. I strongly advise against using this service!
