I ordered three items for the holidays, but it took three weeks to arrive, and the quality is terrible and cheap. The sweatshirt is made of thin polyester with a printed texture that simulates a real sweatshirt. After placing my order, I received an email the next day indicating that my cart still had items, leading me to believe the purchase hadn’t gone through. I clicked the link and completed the purchase, unaware that I had already ordered the items the day before. I can't believe I overlooked my credit card charges! As a result, I ended up with two shipments of the same items. When I requested a refund for the second shipment, I was informed that I needed to send it to a location overseas for a refund or choose three additional items for $30. I initially thought this company was based in California! I've also seen reports of others who paid to ship items back to China and never received their refunds. I won’t be doing that; I’ll either try to sell them online or donate them. Very disappointing experience.
