I observed the advertisements for quite some time but neglected to check reviews, which was a mistake. The customer service is lacking, and the quality of the products is poor, with charges for items that were never delivered. I ordered and was billed for three items: two blouses and a jacket. The jacket ($41.99) was never sent, and I was charged without notification. After two inquiries to customer service about the jacket, they suggested a substitute since it was out of stock. I requested a refund, but I have received no further communication or reimbursement. Both blouses arrived defective and did not match the advertised images. The design and colors are only on one side of the fabric, resulting in an awkward appearance with the creamy white buttonhole placket against the green paisley or mauve floral blouses. The pictures did not reflect this issue. The buttonhole on the first blouse ($39.99) is poorly constructed, and the second blouse ($41.99) has wide stitching resembling basting. Additionally, the right front armhole seam left a frayed hole nearly 2 inches wide. Customer service refused to provide a prepaid shipping label and cited their return policy, which only covers buyer's remorse, not defective merchandise. I reminded them that my issue was not a change of mind, but defective items or those that were never shipped. They claimed that returning items is too costly and offered $30 against my total of $114.43, allowing me to keep the defective blouses. The praise from others about this clothing brand seems questionable. Needing refunds for all three items is simply unacceptable.
