I ordered a $100 gift on 12/10/25, and they guaranteed delivery between 12/16-17/25. It never arrived! I contacted customer support daily from 12/19-23/25, but they couldn't provide a tracking number. This ruined my Christmas surprise for my neighbor, forcing me to find a last-minute gift. I will not use this service again!
