If I don't receive a cancellation confirmation soon, I'll dispute the charge.
I wasted 45 minutes trying to find a phone number for a local outlet. The shipping fees were exorbitant, so I wanted to buy directly at a store. The phone number listed was disconnected, and the chat support was slow and unhelpful. I called several numbers with no assistance. Given the high prices of the cookies, I expected much better customer service.
Is there an option for zero stars? This has been the worst experience, and they clearly don't care. I should have checked reviews first. I ordered on Sunday, Nov 2, 2025, with a promised delivery of Thursday, Nov 6th. Now it's Nov 7th, and my delivery is delayed until Monday the 10th. I paid nearly as much for shipping as for the cookies, and customer service is nonexistent. Their excuse is unacceptable. I expect better from a paid service. After finally getting in touch with customer service, they agreed to refund the shipping, but the confirmation came from a different company. I've had issues with them in the past as well. Save your money—look elsewhere.
