If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I placed an order for a Christmas gift five weeks in advance, and it still didn't arrive on time. Customer service was frustratingly slow. I spent over an hour trying to get updates, and I still have no resolution. I'm uncertain if I'll receive my order or if I'll need to dispute the charge. This service clearly does not value your time or business—consider spending your money elsewhere.
