I tried to cancel my order within 10 minutes of placing it. I was in a chat for over 30 minutes, and eventually was told my order was cancelled. Instead of a cancellation confirmation, I received another order confirmation. I logged back into chat to explain, but the representative ended the conversation. I've received multiple order confirmations, and my order number doesn't match what's on the website. I've never experienced such poor service before. If I don't receive a cancellation confirmation soon, I'll dispute the charge.
