I ordered a $100 gift on 12/10/25, and they assured me it would arrive between 12/16-17/25. Unfortunately, it never arrived! I contacted customer service daily from 12/19-23/25, but they couldn't provide a tracking number. This situation ruined my Christmas gift for my neighbor, and I had to scramble for a last-minute alternative. I won't be using this service again!
