I ordered two Valentine’s Day cookie/pretzel box on 1/10/20. One for my son away at college and the other for my boyfriend. I selected Friday February 14th as the delivery date. I received an email confirming this date for delivery. I checked two weeks ago to confirm and on my account it said they would be delivered Thursday February 13th. I sent three emails with no response. I called over the weekend and talked to a women who assured me they would be delivered on the 14th and also offered to personally check when they shipped and would call to confirm delivery date of the 14th. Both gifts were delivered today. No one called or returned my email. Completely unacceptable when I payed for shipping and selected the date I wanted them delivered. I will never order from this company again.
