First order that was ordered well in advance to be despatched in week before Christmas never arrived , I was refunded but decided to then the give them the benifit ofthe doubt and give them another chance , re orderd on 24 th December , still showing as processing since 28 th December when money was taken from account , no response to ANY correspondence. Feel really let down . Pay pal has refunded .
