I purchased some cheese and wine as Christmas gifts, and my order arrived on December 8th. I am thrilled with the packaging and presentation. I am sure the recipients will be equally pleased. Thank you for the excellent service; you will definitely be on my list for future orders.
I’ve rated it 3 stars but haven’t tried the items yet. My initial experience with this company was not the best. The ordering process is straightforward, but making changes can be challenging if issues arise. I felt frustrated with how my order was handled and reached out for help, but the support team didn’t meet my expectations, leaving me to resolve many issues on my own. I have the cheese now, but I advise others to be very careful when ordering and hope for timely delivery.
I placed two orders last Friday and mistakenly reversed the billing and delivery addresses on one. I received an email from a representative in customer service this morning, and I was able to call and get it sorted out. Their customer support is fantastic, and everything was resolved over the phone. Thank you!
This company used to be reliable. I placed an order last week, and it was supposedly dispatched, but I received a tracking message saying they are still waiting. I reached out to customer service, which is nearly non-existent. They don’t respond to messages, and there’s no phone number available. I will not order from them again. At least I managed to get my money back, which is the only positive.
I ordered a cheese, wine, and crackers gift set for my son for Christmas. The product looked amazing online, but when it arrived, the crackers were all broken. I emailed customer service asking for a replacement, but the process to get a new box of crackers was incredibly frustrating. I provided pictures and my full address, yet they kept requesting more information. Eventually, I decided to forget about the replacement and will buy a box from a different store. Very disappointed.
This is the cheese we all adore. Excellent quality, flavor, and a wide variety of options - it’s tough to pick a favorite (they're all great). Ordering is simple, communication about delivery is excellent, and the delivery is quick. We had a minor issue, but when I contacted the company, they handled it swiftly. Dealing with them was easy. I mention this because they resolved it perfectly, thank you.
