Id give this zero! Ordered Nov for preorder delivery w/c 11 Dec. At 22/12 discovered tracking status of order was Royal Mail “expecting it”. Never happened. No replies to emails or fb messages. Looked on here and saw not alone. Got immediate refund from paypal. Referring company to Cheshire Trading Standards as not acceptable to not accept any responsibility for lack of service.Update!! 13 Feb 24 cheshire cheese co want more info re my posting via trustpilot. I have sent order no for pre order cheese ordered in Nov 23 for a xmas gift that never arrived with royal mail. Cheshire cheese just need to look at the many emails and messages I sent between 22/12 and jan 4th on your server. No responses from anyone. Shocking. Interesting to note today you thanked the person who commended the service your company provided to them.
