Totally agree with the previous contributor. A very greedy & patronising bunch of fat cats presiding over a very expensive and inefficient service. Waste collection is unreliable and leave more litter than is collected when they occasionally show up. Pay over £2,000 PA to effectively line their pockets. No concept of public service whatsoever and couldn't run a bath.
