Let beginners like me play without treating us like criminals. Their 'Fair Play' policy is just an excuse to ban anyone who suddenly plays too well. And if someone learns elsewhere? They get banned too? And customer support? Nonexistent. No explanation or real help — just a closed account and a generic email. Honestly, they’ve found an efficient way to keep their databases light. You could have years of match history, but if you play too well, they delete your account. Simple, effective, and utterly absurd.
