We have been buying The Merlin Annual Pass for over 5 years at Chessington. This year they have changed the terms. The pass cannot be used in August. I contacted Merlin by email and post over a month ago . They have failed to reply back. I even contacted Gordon Mutton Product Excellence Director but he failed to even acknowledge my email. This is very poor customer service. In August kids have holidays and if the pass does not work then this should be high lighted at the point of sale not in the small print. Beware the pass should be sold as an 11 month pass not annual as it does not work for 12 months of the year.
