I am contacting you regarding the Wowcher promotion associated with your hotel. I have repeatedly attempted to reach both your team and Wowcher, but neither has provided a proper response.
At this point, I am unable to book any suitable date, and Wowcher is not addressing my requests. Since the service offered cannot be accessed and communication has been ineffective on all sides, I am now requesting the cancellation of my voucher and an official statement from your hotel confirming the situation.
Your confirmation is essential, as Wowcher is refusing to provide a real answer and continues sending only automated messages. Without your cooperation, I cannot proceed with my refund, and the lack of support is causing significant inconvenience.
I therefore request:

A clear statement from the hotel confirming whether the dates for this promotion are unavailable or not being accepted, and
Written confirmation that I was unable to secure a booking despite multiple attempts.

Zoo experience is lacking

It's nearly time to close the zoo; it's past its prime. If you stay at the hotel, the evening entertainment is virtually non-existent, making it a waste of time.

Disappointing Christmas experience

This was the worst Christmas visit ever! After a mixed day at Chessington, where we could only go on a few rides and see few animals, we hoped our scheduled visit with Santa would improve the experience. Unfortunately, we encountered a dull winter space and a long queue for Santa, lasting over an hour and a half. There was minimal entertainment, and many children were bored and upset. Staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to answer questions. A management member appeared but failed to address the complaints. What was meant to be a festive experience turned into a nightmare. Even when we finally saw Santa, it lasted just a couple of minutes. The whole event felt like a money-making scheme, and we would not recommend it. Other local attractions provide a much better experience.

Extremely disappointing experience

I've always enjoyed this park until my recent overnight stay at the hotel. While the hotel itself was fine, the subsequent events were frustrating, leaving my son in tears. The extra hour in the park was disappointing as nothing was open, not even a coffee shop. Many rides were closed, including popular ones, and even the animal sections were unavailable. The big roller coaster was mostly closed, and when it briefly opened, it malfunctioned, stranding guests. Overall, it was a huge letdown.

Avoid the winter event

We had planned an overnight stay to enjoy the winter event and Santa visit but were met with chaos. The park was overcrowded, staff were overwhelmed, and we couldn't access our room due to a system failure. After only managing to go on two rides and being told to return later for the winter village, the kids lost interest and wanted to leave. Thankfully, we received a refund for our room, but customer service has been unhelpful regarding the missed second day. Overall, the experience was terrible, especially for families with disabled individuals, as pre-arranged assistance was unavailable. We left feeling disappointed and frustrated.

Shocking experience

I regret not checking reviews before visiting. We recently went and found that two rides were broken down. After waiting in the rain for another ride for two hours, the kids wanted to leave. It took us 1.5 hours to get there, and for £130 entry, we only enjoyed one ride. We intended to have lunch, but the prices were exorbitant. I believe everyone should avoid this place; it seems that our experience is common, and getting refunds is nearly impossible. The park is more focused on upselling than providing a quality experience.

Surprisingly not too busy, but issues with access

I was surprised that it wasn't overly crowded, and wait times were manageable. However, every ride took at least 50 minutes, and it seemed that many people with priority access jumped ahead in line, which was frustrating. This made the experience less enjoyable. Additionally, there was only one staff member managing each ride, which slowed things down significantly. This issue needs addressing, as it spoiled the experience for many guests.

Avoid this place

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. It cost £130 for two adults and two children, and due to height restrictions, one child couldn't ride after waiting for 50 minutes. Many attractions were closed due to rain, making for a dreadful experience. I left feeling extremely dissatisfied.

Major letdown, do not visit

This place deserves less than one star. The park is poorly organized, and staff lack knowledge about the attractions. We visited for a birthday celebration and found navigating the park difficult, especially with a young child. The digital photo service was confusing, and many animals were absent. Most shops were closed, despite being listed as open. We won't be returning; next time, we will choose a different park.
