My friend and I visited the spa today but left after just half an hour due to the inadequate facilities. Upon arrival, there were no robes available, and the lockers were malfunctioning, which the receptionist knew but did not address. The 'hot showers' were actually cold, and the jacuzzi was closed. Only one hot tub was operational, while the other three were either half full and not heated or dirty. There was ice on the floor outside, creating a slip hazard, and the roof was leaking. It was quite unpleasant! The place was overbooked given the facilities available, so we couldn't even use the one hot tub. The pool was also uncomfortably cold. It's a real shame because we've visited many times before and have never encountered such a run-down situation.
