My stay was disappointing; the cabin was shabby, with a cramped bathroom and inadequate space to use the toilet due to the sink being too close. The food was both terrible and overpriced, and while trying to enjoy a quiet meal, a loud group in dressing gowns was seated next to us, discussing personal topics and being disruptive. It was quite ridiculous to allow such behavior in the restaurant at that hour. I found the prices outrageous, like £30 for steak and chips and £9 for a glass of wine, which made it hard to enjoy my birthday meal. When I ordered, I was asked for my room number, but when I raised a complaint about the food, I was told to pay immediately, which felt rude. I reported this to the reception, but they seemed indifferent, simply stating they would pass it on. Clearly, this feedback has not led to any improvements, as evidenced by the numerous negative reviews. The management should be ashamed, as their lack of common sense is costing them business.
