I am severely let down by the company. The gearbox on my vehicle failed at merely 68,900 miles, which is entirely unacceptable for a modern car. A transmission should easily exceed 100,000 miles with regular driving and maintenance. I reached out to the company to understand why such a critical part failed so soon and to see if they would accept any responsibility. Their response was dismissive and showed no concern. There was no explanation, no support—just indifference. This experience has drastically shaken my trust in the company's reliability and customer service. A vehicle of this age and mileage should not face a total gearbox failure, and a company of this stature should care when it happens. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this vehicle to think again.
