I bought a brand new sports car in 2023, and it has already gone through three transmissions and a rear axle replacement. The company refused to address the issues properly and suggested I trade in my faulty vehicle for a new one without settling the outstanding balance. I’ve dreamed of owning this car since childhood, but the dishonesty I encountered was shocking. It really reflects poorly on the kind of company they are.
I am deeply dissatisfied with the service. The gearbox on my vehicle failed at just 68,900 miles, which is completely unacceptable for a modern car. A transmission should last well beyond 100,000 miles with regular driving and maintenance. I reached out to the company to inquire about the early failure of such a crucial component and to see if they would acknowledge any responsibility. Their response was dismissive and showed no concern whatsoever. There was no explanation, no support, and no goodwill—just indifference. This experience has severely undermined my trust in the reliability and customer service of the company. A vehicle of this age and mileage should not experience a total gearbox failure, and a company of this size should care when such issues arise. I would strongly advise anyone thinking about this vehicle to reconsider.
I am severely let down by the company. The gearbox on my vehicle failed at merely 68,900 miles, which is entirely unacceptable for a modern car. A transmission should easily exceed 100,000 miles with regular driving and maintenance. I reached out to the company to understand why such a critical part failed so soon and to see if they would accept any responsibility. Their response was dismissive and showed no concern. There was no explanation, no support—just indifference. This experience has drastically shaken my trust in the company's reliability and customer service. A vehicle of this age and mileage should not face a total gearbox failure, and a company of this stature should care when it happens. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this vehicle to think again.
I heard there was new management and needed my truck serviced. This review pertains only to the service department; I cannot comment on sales. However, based on my service experience, I would not feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle from this location. I brought my truck in for a routine service and oil change, explicitly requesting the tires be rotated, including the spare. After picking up my truck, I noticed the spare tire was smaller than the original and not suitable for extended driving. Additionally, none of the tires were inflated to the recommended PSI. I attempted to provide feedback and schedule a warranty repair, but after multiple calls and texts, I received no resolution. I was told management had changed and improvements were made, but that does not appear to be true. I would advise seeking service elsewhere, as basic quality control and follow-up are still significant issues.
We have a 2025 Duramax, and it's a fantastic truck. It can haul nearly everything we need. However, I wish the auto start function would actually heat up the cab, especially since it's quite cold in my area. Is there a way to bypass this, or is it an option in the settings?
The transmission failed at just 9,000 miles. The dealership took my vehicle for three days and claimed they would send it to another location due to the lack of a transmission technician. It was then sent to another shop for an additional 19 days. I was not offered a rental car because the company was unwilling to cover the associated costs. When I inquired about a solution, the warranty claims department mentioned they would assist with car payments, but needed an invoice from the dealership first. Unfortunately, it took the company three more weeks to respond. After several follow-ups, the warranty team informed me they could not assist with the car payment because it needed to be 21 days. I argued that they had the vehicle longer than that, and it wasn't my fault their first dealership lacked a mechanic. They offered me $200 in points, but I expected better treatment. I had planned to buy more vehicles soon, but since they showed no concern, I chose to purchase elsewhere. I will not buy from this company again until they rectify this situation.
I took my truck to the service center due to driving issues that seemed like transmission problems. It required major repairs, resulting in a $3,000 bill for a vehicle with under 60,000 miles. After researching, I found a service bulletin regarding this issue, but the dealership refused to cover the costs since the powertrain warranty had expired just a year prior. I also contacted the company for assistance but received no follow-up. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the lack of support from both the dealership and the company.
I purchased a 2023 vehicle from a local dealership. They sold me a car with expired registration and didn't include renewal fees in the DMV paperwork, leaving me to handle the registration myself. I expected better service from a dealership and feel like I received subpar treatment.
