The transmission failed at just 9,000 miles. The dealership took my vehicle for three days and claimed they would send it to another location due to the lack of a transmission technician. It was then sent to another shop for an additional 19 days. I was not offered a rental car because the company was unwilling to cover the associated costs. When I inquired about a solution, the warranty claims department mentioned they would assist with car payments, but needed an invoice from the dealership first. Unfortunately, it took the company three more weeks to respond. After several follow-ups, the warranty team informed me they could not assist with the car payment because it needed to be 21 days. I argued that they had the vehicle longer than that, and it wasn't my fault their first dealership lacked a mechanic. They offered me $200 in points, but I expected better treatment. I had planned to buy more vehicles soon, but since they showed no concern, I chose to purchase elsewhere. I will not buy from this company again until they rectify this situation.
