I heard there was new management and needed my truck serviced. This review pertains only to the service department; I cannot comment on sales. However, based on my service experience, I would not feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle from this location. I brought my truck in for a routine service and oil change, explicitly requesting the tires be rotated, including the spare. After picking up my truck, I noticed the spare tire was smaller than the original and not suitable for extended driving. Additionally, none of the tires were inflated to the recommended PSI. I attempted to provide feedback and schedule a warranty repair, but after multiple calls and texts, I received no resolution. I was told management had changed and improvements were made, but that does not appear to be true. I would advise seeking service elsewhere, as basic quality control and follow-up are still significant issues.
