We own a 2011 Chevrolet SparkThe clutch pedal has snapped which I believe is a manufacturing defect and is subject of a recall. There is also another recall for I believe bonnet (hood) catch corrosion. I am trying to find a garage to help with these problems.I have tried twice to contact the telephone number given on the Chevrolet UK website;The first call to a man called Mohammed took my details and said I would receive an email in 2-3 days. I received no such email so today called again speaking to a man called Faisel, he informed me there was no record of my earlier call,took my details again gave me a case number, and gave me details of a local garage for recalls/warranty work I contacted this garage only to be told they are not a warranty garage. This is an unacceptable level of customer service from major vehicle manufacturer. If this is how Chevrolet/GM treats it's customers then my advice to all is to buy elsewhereUpdate been over a week now, still no email/reply from either telephone help line or the email enquiry I posted.
