A transmission should last well beyond 100,000 miles with regular driving and maintenance. I reached out to the company to inquire about the early failure of such a crucial component and to see if they would acknowledge any responsibility. Their response was dismissive and showed no concern whatsoever. There was no explanation, no support, and no goodwill—just indifference. This experience has severely undermined my trust in the reliability and customer service of the company. A vehicle of this age and mileage should not experience a total gearbox failure, and a company of this size should care when such issues arise. I would strongly advise anyone thinking about this vehicle to reconsider.
