Bed was ordered 20/02/24. They delivered quickly 23/03/24 after informing me in the morning the bed was damaged and an upgrade will be arriving that afternoon. We had no carpet down but took delivery as they told us it could be 3 months til new 1 arrives in stock or have a refund. We accepted the bed that afternoon but could not open it til 5th March when carpets were fitted in the room. We found there were a lot of missing parts, no instructions or fitting kit. The wrong colour for 2 parts as well. I rang them as soon as the faults were found and the man said he would sort it within 48hrs. I gave them messages and phone calls and they had chances to get the parts to me on 12th and 14th of March but never happened. On the 15th March I asked for refund and collection of the bed. The seller picked up the bed on the 19th March and a refund issued today 21st MarchChic Concept are very polite and have admitted they did not get this right by not checking the item before sending. With luck they are learning lessons from this so no other dissapointments happen for customers
