Very Mixed Average Review Bed Frame is good - however the drawers are poorly made.Mattress is comfy - however the wrong one was sent but we had no choice but to use as we have been without a bed.Communication is ok, managed to get a better price after speaking to someone via WhatsApp which was good - however they were very quick to respond when they wanted sale but not so much thereafter so have had to chase a few times. We never had any tracking update or any delivery date confirmation only via messages on WhatsApp when we chased was we updated. We were promised all week it would be delivered on the Saturday 10/02/2024 however after chasing to get a ETA was told it wasn't all ready so rescheduled for 12/02/2024 (do believe we may not of been told this if we hadn't of chased)12/02/2024 came and very vague ETA (after 3pm) - however it did arrive but with only one delivery driver after been promised a 2 man delivery and assembly!!Not quite sure how they thought they were going to lift a rather heavy Superking bed frame and mattress with only one delivery person (my partner had no choice but to come home from work) but they shouldn't assume everyone has the ability to lift such heavy things! Delivery driver was friendly but was quick to leave as said was been told to get back. Noticed mattress was wrong so we are waiting for response, however can't fault the one they have sent just wondering why it wasn't our original one, awaiting a response. Overall AVERAGE review.
