Fantastic service, I recently bought two items on two separate occasions, a bespoke headboard and a matching ottoman. Harry was amazing, kept in touch with regular updates and when the couriers let them down he went above and beyond to sort the problem. Nothing is too much trouble, he even gave updates out of hours.
