I thought good customer service was dead!! However I'm delighted to say that I have been proven wrong. Adam went out of his way to help me, I was actually able to speak to him on the phone to order the mattresses and confirm delivery charges and time. Unfortunately one of the items wasn't what I ordered but Adam reassured me that the correct item would be dispatched the next working day, which it was. Adam called to ensure that I had received the replacement item the day after it was delivered.The items I bought are perfect for our needs and I would not hesitate to recommend Chic Concept.
