I did have a long nightmare with this company but was recently contacted by the company and they have resolved my issues and assured me the person responsible has left the firm. I believe them so hopefully they are now in a better place to be trusted. Ordered a bed on 24th May, half the order turned up late. Still waiting (now 16th August) for the mattress or a refund for it. Over 80 messages and phone calls of broken promises. I can only presume they assume most people forget and this “loop” is standard practice. Total waste of time and now getting money back through credit card. Order at your peril
