I am split with this company. Never ordered before but good website and placed an order online on 20 June 25 after receiving free material samples. I heard nothing about delivery so I contacted them and was told it would be no later than 12/13th July. Evening of 12th, I received a phone call saying the bed was loaded on the van but there was an issue with the brakes and it won’t be delivered on 13th July should be 16th July but they need to confirm their route first. It was delivered on 16th about 6pm, wrong headboard! So frustrating, paid extra for wings on the headboard and they weren’t there. They had to take the wrong one away I can’t recall much of an apology just send it back and we’ll attach wings. It was finally delivered back on Tuesday 29 July at 4pm. I am split because the actual bed is good, better colour choices available than other companies but customer service is poor and trying to contact them is difficult. They don’t answer very often despite what time or what day and I called them many many times to find out when the bed was first being delivered and secondly when the correct headboard would be redelivered. Poor daughter, the excitement of her new bed wore off quickly and she ended up saying, I’ll believe it when I see it. Improve your customer service and check orders better before dispatch then this would be a good company to use. This was my experience of them as a new customer.
