Where to even begin with this company, what a shambles!I ordered a bed for my daughter's bedroom and after hearing nothing from them for weeks I found a phone number to WhatsApp them. I would like to point out that at no point did I ever receive an email from this company, something I find very strange. We communicated via WhatsApp only and they told me that my bed would be with me 'hopefully' tomorrow. Tomorrow arrived and my bid didn't, but they didn't communicate this with me at all. I chased and was then told that 'all being well' it should be with me on Friday. I explained that I couldn't work with such vague timelines as I had work, but they were unable to commit. The messages were unprofessional and short and not what I would expect from a big company. After weeks, the bed finally arrived, at 11 pm at night. I waited in and up all day for the bed and I chased and chased via WhatsApp. 11 pm is a disgusting time to deliver anything, especially when you have young children in the house. Anyway, they delivered and left and then we noticed that the headboard didn't match the base, they were completely different. I sent another message and it transpired that our correct base had been delivered to somebody else so we had to wait in again on another day for them to collect our base from the other customer and bring it to ours. The bed is now up and the quality is poor. It is cheap, flimsy and badly made. You can see all of the staples where the material has been attached. I don't want anybody else to fall foul to this company, please go elsewhere for your furniture. Awful, just awful!
