First ordered in July Bed was delivered lateMissing parts - took weeks to get the full itemItem was faultyTook weeks to get the bed collectedAnd a further 3 weeks to get a refund after chasing every day.Finally resolved the issue in mid October. I was promised daily for progress and updates for parts/collection/refund and this would never happen. Always told they would come back to me or they were checking etc etc but never did without me chasing. I felt they did not understand their obligations to a consumer and the correct procedures to follow, often in breach of their own t&cs.Totally exhausting and would not purchase from them ever again.
