One Star – Avoid This Seller This has been one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I have encountered. 1. Terrible design and fit, low-quality material.
The item I received was poorly constructed, unattractive in design, and did not match the quality advertised online. The fabric felt inferior and the sizing was completely wrong. I adhered to all the return guidelines provided and even got an email confirming that my refund was on its way. However, that refund never materialized. This seller has a concerning number of one-star reviews, and now I see why. I have been out $169.07 since February 2025. I have proof of return, written confirmation from the seller, and all documentation has been submitted to a payment platform. I have also reported this seller to the relevant consumer protection agencies. I will continue to pursue this issue until I receive the refund I am entitled to for a product I returned according to their own policy. If this is not resolved, I am ready to explore further actions, including legal measures for unfair business practices. CAUTION: Do not purchase anything from this seller unless you are prepared to risk losing your money.
