Tracking feature did not work. When I contacted the "tracking" department they auto replied that they only track packages and could not help me. Reached out to customer service and was told they could not fill my order. They asked me if I wanted to select another item or cancel for a refund. I asked for a refund. Shortly after receiving the could not fill the order email, I received an email that said my package was delayed in Vancouver Airport? Get it straight!
