I placed an order for family pajamas well ahead of Christmas, but they only arrived on December 26. After ordering, I read negative reviews about the service and tried to cancel before shipping, but received no response. I emailed numerous times to inquire about my order and requested a full refund if it didn't arrive by Christmas. The only reply I got was a 15% coupon for future purchases. When the order finally arrived, the quality was poor and it didn’t match the photos at all. I found the product to be really disappointing! I reached out again and was only offered a 20% refund and a 15% coupon. To return the items, I would have to cover the expensive shipping costs myself. This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I wouldn't even rate them with one star. Avoid purchasing from them!
I ordered family Christmas pajamas very early in Dec. They didn't arrive until Dec 26. After initially ordering I read reviews of the company & tried to cancel my order before it shipped. No response. I emailed them probably 10 times to find out where my order was & then that if I didn't receive it by Christmas I would want a full refund. The only response I got was they would give me a 15% coupon for future orders. When I did receive the order after Christmas the material was terrible. It did not look at all like it did in the photos. Really awful product! I emailed them 5 more times & they only offered me a 20% refund & 15% coupon for future use. If I wanted to return them I would have to pay for my own shipping which they said would be very expensive. I've never had an online order experience this terrible. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Don't purchase from them!
I placed an order and saw that it would not make it before Christmas so I immediately e-mailed the company, probably 5 minutes after placing order. Of course they wait a couple of days before responding and stated the pjs were already mailed out. I did receive them but not before Christmas and they don't look like the pictures online. The color scheme is sort of there but the pattern is smaller and the buttons are black. Now, I'm in the process of returning or trying to.
Really wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered Christmas PJs for the family on 11/21 and still don't have them on 12/27. I'm not sure why they advertise family Christmas PJs if they can't fulfill them on a timely basis. Will never order from this company again.
This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 20 pair of matching Family Christmas pajamas on November 9th. The first package with 11 pairs didn’t arrive until December 19th, and they were not even close to the style I ordered (not to mention the quality is terrible). The second half of the order never arrived and the tracking shows it as undeliverd and an 'issue reported'. The company is still refusing to refund my money (even for the product they haven't delivered). Further, they want me to pay to ship back the wrong styles they shipped me. I filed a claim with my credit card company which has been approved and my money returned. In addition, I filed a complaint with the FBI Internet Crime Center. Don't buy from them!
This site is a TOTAL SCAM! Their items look nothing like the photos. They also do not offer free returns. I am filing a complaint with my credit card company since Chicmatchy is absolutely useless. You are better off just buying off Aliexpress and getting the same exact item/quality for more than half the price.
