I paid over $300 for family pj's and they did not come until January. I asked for Refund and they offered a discount for next year and keep pj's but I decided I wanted a refund. I paid to return then $28.75 and they received it 3 days later to which the have confirmed receipt. They said they would refund but it will take 15 business days. That was 4 weeks ago. I've reached out again yesterday to get a staus update and have not heard back. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! I'm still trying to get my $$$ back!
