Terrible customer service - do not use their .com ordering.I have been a Chico's customer (including Rewards+) for quite some time and usually do my shopping in-stores. But recently I had a situation where they didn't have my size/color options in store and the in-store staff was quite busy, so I opted to order online instead. Never again. Even though I placed an order for 3 items at the same time, it automatically got split into separate orders. One of my items went great, processed quickly, shipped quickly, etc. Trying to get a hold of the other two items has been a mess - they've been stuck in 'waiting for pickup' status for several business day, I've received incorrect information via customer service email and then when I switched to live chat to ask if I could just cancel my order at this point (it's estimated to be about a 3 week difference between receiving items in the same order) I learned that basically once you place an order, it doesn't matter how long it takes for it to get to you, the don't allow any changes in processing or cancellation. So your only option is to wait weeks to receive an item (and then return if you don't want to have paid for the terrible experience).
