Review Time
I'm severely disappointed. I just received my order and have relied on this service for years for their mixed kebabs, excellent salad, freshly grilled meat, and outstanding chilli sauce. Unfortunately, this time, the chilli sauce was the worst I've ever tasted. When I called to express my concerns, I was told it hadn’t changed, but more peri-peri sauce was added to the sweet chilli. This isn’t the quality I expect, and certainly not the homemade version this service is known for. I will not be returning.

This is not the chilli sauce I know and love, and definitely not the homemade variety this service is renowned for. I won't be returning.
I visited a store recently and was warmly greeted by an associate. I had a dress on hold and explained I was looking for matching tank tops. The associate guided me and returned promptly to assist. After trying on several items, she helped me order a larger size for the dress and ensured I received the best prices. I left with multiple items and felt grateful for the wonderful service.
I'm very disappointed with the winter collection this year. I managed to find a great pair of pants in the fall, but this winter, the colors were dull, and any styles I liked were out of stock in my size. I'm glad I found some great items in previous years, but this service is definitely not what it used to be.
Caution is advised. My item was delayed, and after several calls to customer service, I learned it was out of stock. There were many excuses from the representatives. I'm now seeking a refund. This service has really declined, and I won't shop here again.
The customer service was very unsatisfactory. They held my return for over a month before issuing a refund despite numerous follow-ups. I was shocked to see so many negative reviews about this service. It's unacceptable to keep funds after returns; a refund should be automatic.
My experience has been incredibly frustrating! I purchased an item months ago and struggled to find a matching piece. I faced language barriers with customer service and had a confusing situation with my credit card. I tried to buy an item on sale but encountered issues with pricing. This has been a maddening experience, and I give up.
