Awful. I ordered 2 books back in December, and I just got one of them a couple of days ago after countless apologies. The other book I was told, has been removed from the shelf and I have 2 options: 1. Receive a 20% refund of my purchase for that bookor2. Find another book on their site of the same price, and they will expedite the shipping. (Mind you, I had already paid for expedited shipping at the beginning of the order back in December.) DO NOT trust them. It seems like a small business that is in over its head. They cannot provide or refund the product.
