I had a complete set of Solar Panels installed through Cosy Homes in Lancashire courtesy of Andy and Ollie from ASC Electrical Ltd of Poulton-le-Fylde. The work turned out to be great however I wasn't particularly happy with the potent stink of an e-cigarette emitting of one of the electricians clothing and breath, at first I suspected it to be aftershave until I spotted one of them outside with the e-cigarette in their mouth. The stink left a potent aroma inside the house and on my clothing, I suspect the cap wasn't on/ closed of the e-cigarette either. It should be evident somebody diagnosed with autism isn't going to tolerate the stink of this dirtyness. Due to inhaling the stink, I was left feeling nauseous and with migraines. I won't be increasing my stars as this is the second poor experience I've had from contractors through Cosy Hones in Lancashire.The other experience relates to Scott and his aprentice of Amber I.T and Electrical in Preston who arrived an hour late. They came to install an extractor fan and somehow managed to drill through a ring circuit cable causing a power cut for a lengthy time which as a result has left a very large hole in the wall still awaiting to be repaired 3 weeks on! If that wasn't enough, he ended up scratching the surface of the countertop in the kitchen, left his rubbish strewn across the back garden, caused a stain (possible blood) on the living room wall whilst testing the power. The apprentice also felt it was appropriate to extract my electricity to charge his mobile phone without asking me for prior permission and he also urinated over my toilet seating without cleaning it or even flushing the toilet.
