I took a day off work today to be available for a survey . Although I was told a time of 12-4.30 I wanted to make sure i was here if anyone arrived out of those times . When nobody showed up i called just to confirm at 1400 today and was told everything was in orderI was told Curtis would be round to me and I was on his list for today confirming every thing .It is now 17.50 no contact from either the company or Curtis and it seems a wasted day and loss on wages on my behalf. Totally unprofessional experience, if you can't get it right on day one what's the chances with the rest !!!I am sure I will not hear from this company with an apology but I will be in contact to voice my direct opinion by telephone call tomorrow.
