Not true - I have filled in the form including uploading a payslip and they called next day said I'm not eligible for anything even though on the website it says "We also have insulation measures which are free to everyone at present. "On government websites it says I'm eligible for some improvements (I live in a stone end terrace and pay about £400 a month in gas in the winter to get it to 18 degrees), but they were very quick to say no.The website needs to be more clear or this company picks who they work with. Edit: They have been in touch and apologised as they didn't realise I was actually eligible for a referral for loft insulation top-up. Peter gave me a lot of information on the phone and I'm now waiting to hear further.
